alright guys, im new to this website and new to driving. Ive got some questions that probably sound really dumb but I'd appreciate it if you just bear with me. I just got a 1994 camry LE 4 cylinder...what generation is that? I also wondered about the clear bumper lenses Ive seen for the front end... how hars would these be for a rookie to install? i have experience with tools, just not really working on full scale cars... and what is the likelihood of me getting a ticket with those lights? i know that depends on local laws and cops, but i just wondered. thank you very much for your time.
the clear lenses arent too hard to install. It took me about an hour or so to install them. If i can install them anybody can.
I've had them on for about 6 months now, and no ticket, i think the only time they will bother you is if you have bulbs that arent yellow. Around here your blinkers have to blink yellow.

hey buddy,
your 94 is a 3rd Generation.
the clear bumper lenses are 4-piece from 92-94 so make sure when you buy them, you are getting the 4-piece instead of the 2-piece used in 95-96 (Same generation, small facelift). Its simple to do, just need a phillips-head screwdriver (star shaped) and your all set. Very easy to do.
thanks a lot guys for the help... I took off one of the stock corners just to have a look at it and I think i could pull it off. where would i find orange bulbs? would those be available at like murray's auto or just any old auto parts store? thanks
orange colored bulbs? should be available wherever they sell a variety of standard bulbs. at least i've seen them in the auto supply stores around here

If you buy the lenses new, typically they give you orange bulbs...just ask before you buy.
walmart has the orange bulbs... i don't remember the # though... look in the owners manual... but im pretty sure it is either 168 or 194 and I remember that walmart had a couple of different colors (but you want orange)
I havn't even begun to do the clear lenses up front. I can get the bumper lenses off, but the ones next to the headlight are giving me a worse time than a power tripping cop. Any suggestions?
BTW, In case ya didn't know....its a gen3

thanks a lot to everyone for helping me out... ive been on other forums before and people usually just bash you when you ask questions... must be everyone here is so nice because its for toyotas only oh by the way has anyone done business with autodynamic.com before? thats where i was planning on getting the corners from, I just wondered how their seervice was. thanks again.

One of my screws was rusted in real good. had to hack up one of my old lenses to be able to get a pair of vise grips on the screw. Even with vice grips it was a total bitch to get out.

Well, you just open the hood, unscrew the screw that holds it in and then give it a nice hard pull towards the front of the car. It's not hard, you just need to give it a little elbow grease. I was being way to gentle and it wouldn't come off at first.
