Yeah they are clean, they would go well with my HIDs......but $145 for a pair is almost TOO cheap, I see them for $379 most places, you think I should get them?

thisdj78, i appreciate your help with the HID enquiries that i had. now i have a few more with respect to this thread. so you got your HIDs, those are only the bublds and the electrical correct? now you want to buy these headlights that your HIDs will go into to get the HALO effect. correct?

i agree, the halo looks really sharp. it's just a ring around that makes the halo effect is it not? what i am trying to ask is, would it be most cost efficient if you just found the round halo as opposed to chaging the whole headlight?

well, I remeber there is one online guide that showed ppl how to make their own halo ring for their headlight. I don't know how hard it is since I have never tried it myself. Sure, it will be much cheaper to make your own halo headlight using your existing headlight assembly, but I guess it also depend on your own skill, which determines how your final product will look like. $145 do sound like a great deal for a pair of headlight, consider each stock headlight assembly cost around $100 already. But personally, I still prefer those projector headlight with halo rings.. which is only available for accord, civics

Yeah, I could have done it myself.....but at $149 a pair.....it's well worth it compared to the time and money I would spend trying to do my own halo. These HALO headlamps go for $300+....I even posted a thread on them awhile back.

I'm not going to go with projectors anymore because I have a good beam pattern as it is, but if I do, I've got the headlamps to do it with.

Also, one thing I noticed is, once you start jacking around with your headlamps, they start to get hazy from all of the handling, and eventhough they may look cool from a distance...you get up close and they look used and abused......my new headlamps already look old from trying all kinds of things.
