Help with my 99 camry

Everytime I hit the gas I hear a whistle cming from the back of the car. What can it be?

Is there anything in the tailpipe or muffler?

I'm not going to be any help but reading this reminded me of the fake turbos being sold on eBay awhile back. You put it in your tailpipe and every time you go, it sounds like the car is turboed.

Listen to the exhaust system whilst someone hits the gas. Could have a defective muffler, tail pipe, a hole in the muffler. The exhaust gases are moving over or through something and making the noise.
