Gen. 2 body kit and lowering concerns

Question: I'm planning on getting the Erebuni body kit for the gen. 2 Camry. However, I also plan to get 17" wheels and lowering her about 1.5". If I were to lower the Camry and add the body kit and such, would I need to be concerned about the body kit rubbing, or any clearance issues?

If it's to do with the wheels, then I'll see about maybe getting 16"s. If it's to do with the lowering of 1.5", then maybe I won't lower it that much, but just a little.

In any case, I'll definitely be getting the full bodykit, it's just that I also want don't want to have any body kit rubbing on the tires and/or ground clearance issues.

Can anyone help me out here?

You need to know the offset of the rims, as well as the size of both the rims and tires in order to determine fittment. StickyDilJoe's 225/35/18 rim/tire, offset of 38, with a 2VZ-FE lowered 1.5", seems to a pretty good example of the "largest rim/tire combo" that will fit.

As for the body kit... if you were to either increase the overall wheel diameter or keep it similar to stock, and lower the car 1.5", you would still have amble ground clearance.

ive got 17x7s on my 1991 camry and its also been lowered about 2 inches. the wheels only scrub at full lock. as for the body kit, ive been told they are a bitch to fit and if you do manage im positive it wont hit the ground with a 1.5inch drop unless you intend to go off roading in it...
