I get no blinks when TE1 is grounded. I tried grounding the TE1 diagnostic port under the hood to E1; cel light did nothing but stay on. Went direct to ground and still nothing. I then pulled The ECU Battery Fuse and the check engine light did not clear...what I am doing wrong? There is no test port labeled under the drivers side diagnostic port with a pin. (T, TE1. T1 or TE2 T2 ect...)
