Rear wheels locked when 94cam taken out of storage..

I had my 94 in storage for a year. Car started right up. However, the rear wheels are completely locked and will not turn. What do I need to do to free them up?

Sounds to me that the pads, rotors and calipers are seized and rusted up and may need replacing.

To fix: Soak the calipers and rotors in wd 40 or some other rust solvent chemical. Loosen the bleeder screw on the caliper. Remove the caliper mounting bolts. Insert a large screwdriver or pry bar in the inspection hole (oval hole in the caliper). Wobble the caliper back and forth with all your might to free it up. Pry calipers up and off.

(Unfortunately its likely that you now need new pads, rotors and calipers, since the pads and rotors are full of rust, and the caliper pistons are probably siezed in their bores.).

Its possible that just the emergency brake shoes are seized inside (but this is not likely since you said the parking brake was not engaged).

have you tried tapping the rear rotor with a BFH (big fukkin' hammer)? a couple of decent whacks might break the rust bond from sitting.

I see you live in Cleveland. So do I! I also have a 99 z28 camaro and a LE cAMRY. Where do you live in Cleveland? What mods have you made to your Camaro?
