There's really no point putting on a high flow cat. Everyone that I now that's put one on still hasn't been able to pass smog. So if you're not going to pass smog with a high flow on why even have one on? Just my 2 cents.

Why wouldn't they pass with a high-flo cat? What's the difference between a regular catalytic converter and the high-flo one?

high flow one sacrifices the function of a catalytic converter for more flow. hence, it is less effective at making the exhaust less harmful (thats what a cat does).

besides, its not going to make a difference unless you get headers. its only going to reduce backpressure, which will cause you to lose some low end. plus your car will be a lot louder.
