Hey Guys,
I finally got pics of my Lexus ES250 interior in my Camry. The mid-console is not in yet due to the fact that the Camry and the Lexus seatbelt setups differ. While I work that out in my mind and as I look into my empty wallet I just drive with no mid console. I also have white gauge needles off the ES250. I still need to get the little cubby hole that goes under my radio. Its coming all together. Take a look: Camry to Lexus Interior

Matt

I really like the wood dash. Good job on the installation, looks natural except the midconsole.. What color is your car on the outside? Thats the same color i have inside, is it white?

Originally posted by Stealth Cool, kinda. The wood grain doesn't look so great next to the blue though. Your gauges look nice but they say Powered by RICE on them :P.
Once again, I tip my hat to you phat. Awesome work.
By the way, where did you get those "powered by rice" gauge faces?! They're hiliarious!

my car is light blue on the outside, but i am in the process of sanding it down and primering it. I am going to paint it midnight blue to try to mirror my interior. I think the wood looks better with dark blue than everyother color besides black...the dark wood just contrasts too much with all the other lighter colors. You would have to see it in person though. It will all come together when i put the midconsole in and the little radio filler that was stolen along with all the other things in my car a while back. The "powered by rice" symbol on my gauges is just a knock on all the ricers out there with high pitched mufflers and huge aluminum wings that should be on 747s. It makes me laugh everyday I step into my vehicle. It should be all complete within the next 6 months...maybe sooner depending on funding. More to come so keep an eye out...Keep it coming with questions and feedback
later,
Matt
