Thanks Justin, well put  Like Anish said, the feelings are mutual, we don't wanna have to come to our computers everyday having to see flame wars going on and locking topics, its not cool. Let us all just recognize each others' club as alternative clubs, not competition.
Justin, thanks for taking the first step and posting this up. I think the animosity started when I made that off-hand remark about your company's name. As I explained, no disrespect was intended. You never expressed whether you were offended or not. In any case, I do feel partly responsible for the uneasy atmosphere because of that thread.
Nevertheless, I have to be frank and note that SC3 members have been prone to conflicts in cyberspace. As I recall, about a year ago, I was flamed on CMPL by an SC3 member for making a remark in good humour relating to my native Chinese new year. There are other flame threads about Canadians, Canadian weather, etc. There is also your club's opposition to the proposed EC3 (East Coast Camry Club) name. Because of these incidents, the reputation of SC3 has suffered - an opinion shared by American and Canadian members of the Camry community. I'm not trying to start another flame war or lay blame for any of these incidents, but taken together, they do represent a pattern. I hope SC3 will be mindful of that.
I know you guys are proud of SC3, as we are of TTCC. However, speaking as a founding member, TTCC never intended to compete with SC3. We're just too far apart geographically, too different.
I share your feeling of having made friends on this board, wherever they are from. A few members of SC3, including yourself, have been especially helpful to me. The SC3 guys should know that they are always welcome here.

I never took offense to what you said about my company... Kinda discouraging, but no offense taken... But as for the company its been put on the back burner. Due to my financial situation ( My union might go on strike this thursday...so expect to see sky rocketing gas prices)
I'll be honest; I'm one of the guilty ones. I'm one of the hott heads of SC3... For example, I embaressed SC3 at a SEMA show at the TRD booth... Some model tried to get me to sign up for a TRD thingy and offered me a bottle openner. I was like "thats all you gonna give me ?!?!?" so I told her and her supervisor what I thought they should do with that bottle openner. Basically, I told TRD USA to shove it where the sun dont shine. All this time the President of TRD USA was a couple of feet from me...
I'm a loud and out spoken person ( and a a$$h0le too boot)... If someone offend me I'll tell them off. So, whatever I said in the past I dont regret... I just want to squashed this. Both are clubs represent the Camry/Solara Community as a whole. I doesnt look good when we have flame wars between boards... So lets keep our cool and try to work together... peace

I'm sure it will work itself out. No worries.

You never came across like that on this forum. You were a gentleman, through and through.

Would have done the same myself.

I goto skool and come back and I see a locked thread and this thread.
We're all Camry/Solara/Toyota owners here not a bunch of damn HonDuh ricers so theres no need to hate on some other Camry/Solara/Toyota forum.
I personally post on cmpl, toyotanation, and the teamsc3 forum. I can careless about which one is better since I post to learn and to help other ppl.
Well thats all I gotta say.
88 is rite.. i am the same i post to help and be helped in return when i need it... we got enough wars and hatred in this world we all have one thing in common here the love of our rides that should be enough to make us all "brothers of the same cause" no more fightin....
