Does anyone elses's Generation 2 whistle when you hammer on it, mine does when you get on it off takeoffs, then when you hammer on it when you are on the highway, anything more than 1/4 throttle when you are on the highway it will whistle till its done working to get to the desired speed, any help would be appreciated, I put a Cold Air on it, but it did it before that too,

In addition to the bearing suggestion, it is possible that your air filter is not seated right - happened to me when the dealership did not align it OK on my Gen 4 (one more reason NOT to go to the dealership if you can do it yourself ).
The car would whistle/whine any time I stepped on the gas... Seated the filter properly and the noise is gone.
Perhaps you have a small air leak somewhere on your new intake?
Do all camry's have a piece of Flex type Pipe under the car patching from the Pipe off the manifold to the backpipe, because mine does, and if i rev my car up from under the hood, all i can hear is the Intake sucking the air, So I believe the whistle is Exhaust Related, if that is possible,
Far fetched as it may be, when I got my Gen 2 a year and a half ago, the guy said it made some sort of whining/whistling. Come to find out there was some kinda tape stuck to the inside of my intake. DOnt ask me how it got there, but i took that off and that cured it. Lesson being: Check your intake, including filter and tubing as well as the manifold, to make sure there are no obstructions.
ALSO:
wtf is "bump"? Ive seen it on here, never knew what it meant...

bump is just a saying when you want people to see your topic...because its a new post your topic moves back upto the the top of the list.....
You might want to check your oil filter and see if it is seated properly.
Mine was off-kilter once (dirt around the seal kept it from sitting flush) and whenever I floored it the engine would get a LOT louder, sounded really nice but I knew it wasn't good, its possible that this could be a culprit for you as well.
