Take apart Coilovers from struts

Does anyone know how to take apart the Ground Control Coil-over from the blue tokico strut? I called Ground Control and they say pop open the top silver cap, but i dont see how that would release the perch/sleeve. The itself is not holding the sleeve. If anyone knows how to do it let me know. Right now, the sleeve is still stuck to the strut and i want to take it apart to sell. Its from a 1998 Toyota Camry. Please let me know. thanks.
