I'm afraid leather is a bit delicate,
I have a similar problem with my car, the drivers seat is 'cracked' due to the LACK OF MAINTENANCE, I'm so angry at the previous owner, you can clearly see scratches from the bitch's nails aswell, well moving on, the only thing I can suggest is to 'feed' your leather, there are several products on the market for that, but it will never get your seats back to new... only prevent them from ripping so fast, once you see youre leather is deteriorating, its usually too late, so peeps, TAKE CARE OF YOUR SEATS !!, doens't cost much, and your cars value goes up when you would want to sell it...
anyways, you should show a pic, that would make a damage-report more easy.
