5s-fe nos install.

well guys i just bought a ZEX dry kit and a purge kit. the zex kit came with a 25, 50, 75, and 100shot jets. i just put a new motor in with aprox 78,000 miles. any one else have this kit and if so what the think i need to do in order to make it run riht without blowing something. im planning on running on the 75 shot all the time and every now and then running the 100 shot. my car runs 15.2 at 87 mph, what you think it should run with a 100 or 75 shot. thanks alot .

First, sell or return the Zex kit and get an NX, TNT, or NOS brand kit.

Regardless, run a 75 shot, and get some colder plugs. Like NGK TR6's or Autolite 104's. That and run 93 octane fuel when you run the bottle. You shouldn't have any problems.

i'm really sorry R94 but after seeing your setup i'm gonna have to call BS on your time. i have a couple more questions. what company header are you running? what size exhaust piping? what do you mean ported intake and ehxuast ports? do you mean gasket matching or did you actually get head work done like a full port and polish or valve job? tein makes springs for our car? i had no clue, hows the ride and price? unless you have a slip or video of your run i can't believe it because you just dont have a lot of performance mods. our cars run 18's stock. i'm only running 17.3's with cold air, 2.5" exhaust and weight reduction. the only things you have over me are header, no cat and afc. i dont see how youre gonna make up 50-60 more hp to the wheels to run in the low 15's. unless you forgot to mention full head work, cams or some high comp pistons.

first and formost is your car a 5-speed. and what type of wieght reduction do you have. second tien does make springs for my car they ran me around 220$. ride quality: exceptional. not real shure about the size of the exhuast diameter but i willl find out.
the headers i got are brospeed and i will post pics as soon as i get a new scanner. and i will also post a pick of the time slip.and as far as head work goes, i broke a timing belt and theyre was some head damage so a friend at SPEEDSOUTH (www.speedsouth.com) did the whole 9 yards for me as a personal favor. you dont have to believe me if you dont want to. but that just my 2 cents

Not to say that you are not running that fast, but my only question is what elevation were you at? That plays a role in times.

i have an auto tranny but it is fully built. it is nowhere near a stock tranny anymore. i still just dont see how your gettin that with such few mods. do you know your race weight? if you broke your timing belt there shouldnt have been any damage to the head so i'm very surprized to hear that.
