Exclamation I just bought a drgon intake.

I just ordered a dragon intake offline, I just did a search on the intakes, and Ive been hearing some shit being slung around about them. Are they really that bad of a unit? Whats so wrong with them? I would really like to know before it gets here. Im basicly looking to kill my 5-6grand rpm dead zone. Will this do the trick or will a stock intake work better than this one? Thanks guys.

Well the 5s-fe is no powerhouse, so anything and everything helps. Ive noticed that Toyota engines respond well with small mods, 3s engines in particular. GO TOYOTA ITZ YO B-DAY

you should have saved your self a few bucks and made your own. pick up a k&n cone filter, some larger-than-stock plumbing, and run it all the way up to your throttle body. could maybe even get some sheet aluminum for a heat shield. makes an even bigger difference, and it all is DIY certified fun!
