A/C air flow problem

Model : 2003 Camry LE 52K

My A/C is working fine, but when I change the air flow to floor, the air comes through the defroster and no air at the back also. what is the problem and how can I fix it. Is there anything I can check and correct it.

The airflow is controlled by a series of doors via small DC motors or vacuum power. You will need to determine if the problem is the switch, wiring or motor. The motors are under the dash in various locations, the switch can most likely be accessed from the front of the dash by taking it apart.
