you can get pretty much any brakes, as long as they clear your rims, i'm not sure how much your rims "pop" out, as in the offset, so i cant tell you, without being sure...
as a sway bar, if you just want a mild one, the SE version's of the Gen. 5 Camry's come with them from the factory...
