Can anyone here recommend a shop that I can get my head cleaned and perhaps reassembled and installed (or maybe a 'DIY' site someone can recommend)? I know I can go to pretty much any machine shop and have them do it, but I prefer a recommendation from first hand experience or even just reputation...I feel that's a bit better than calling down the list from the Yellow Pages

i'd say go to your regular mechanic and ask them about a machine shop, cause if you trust your mechanic, and he trusts the machine shop its a good deal.

Problem is that I don't have a mechanic

I did (do) all the repairs myself...

I guess it would also help to tell people that I have a Gen3 5S-FE...lolz
