Hey guys, I need some pointers on how to install these things. Is there anything in Tweazy's DIY http://www.tweazy.net/gallery/indiglo.html
that I should make note of?
Where can I pick-up some 3M dbl sided tape?
How do I avoid having my airbag lights coming on :???:
While the dash is out, are there any other mods I can do (ie. bulbs) ?
If any of you guys are free and could help me with the install, I greatly appreciate it. Dickson? Henry? Anish? Jeff? Anybody?

BTW- They're digital (I ordered Analog :???: )

They sent you an digital one because they might ran out of stock for analog.

Go to pacific and pick up some cheap eurolite bulbs for the dash (4).

Keep your keys away from the ignition.

That's about it...

Phi, I have Dickson's double sided 3M tape... if he okays it you can have it to use. I can help you with the install after the 10th. Lemme know.

Get some wire splicers and electrical tape... what would be better than that is solder+soldering iron which is what I used... but electrical tape will do if you can't get that.

Other than that, you just need a Phillips head screwdriver and a 10mm wrench I think.

Phi, I'd love to help you, but we both know who the best qualified person for this job is.

As for the bulbs, be mindful that you can't change the little one illuminating the bottom of the fuel gauge and the high speeds of the speedo. If you're planning to install all the gauges (unlike me), then it wouldn't matter since the only light you will see is on the odometer and trip odometer.

... and if your airbag light does come on, that best qualified person can help you reset it too.

Hmmm, are you refering to me??? Am I the designated electrics guy? Or is it because I've operated on my indiglos like 6 times already. Yeah, Phi, I can give you a hand...or guidance...heh, heh.

This month is so busy for me, got a wedding and have to go golfing this weekend. Next weekend I'm actually going to DisneyWorld! Then after that, I'm going to a resort up north for vacation. Pretty crazy. It'd have to be after work for sure....

Thanks for offering to help and the tips guy

gq- the "gear" lights need to be replaced independantly. I'm replacing mine too. The bulb costs just under $2. (Thanx Dickson for the info)

Ratcko- The TRD sticker is a personal touch. I'm gonna pick one up from Pac. Mall.

Spectra- So are you saying that it's a waste of money to replace the wedge bulbs to hypers?

Speedmn- Biatch! That tape cost $20 bucks a roll  Oh well, it will serve well for the body kit in the future (wishful thinking  )

Silver- Poor you  Golfing , Disneyland, open bar wedding, northern resort
