Once again, I am thinking of this. Engine, tranny, exhanst, intake, engine and tranny mounts, radiator, axels, what else? Would the wiring harnesses hook up, or would i have to create some of my own connections?
A better idea for you dunn, try swapping yours with a mr2 mkI or Celica from your generation. They used the same type of non-turbo engine as your Cam, so the turbo charged (or supercharged for the MR2 mkI) would be more likely to fit. Its like my 93 DX, its too f'in hard to mount in a 3VZ V6, but much easier for me to take a MR2 3SGTE clip to put in (virtually a bolt-on).
If you want some great help about that kind of thing (or parts), email the parts counter at batoyota.com. The parts chief knows his shit real well.

Spills,
For the costs involved, you'd fare better with a 3S-GE swap as opposed to a 2VZ or 3VZ swap. Perhaps a 1st Gen or a 2nd Gen 3SGE front clip would be a better solution. A 3rd Gen 3SGTE would be great, but they are more expensive and are in high demand.
The gains of swapping a 3S-FE to a 2VZ-FE or 3VZ-FE are slim to none. All you are doing is creating more work for yourself in the long run and getting back very little gain.
Best engine swap for a Gen2 Camry is a 3S-GTE, hands down.
For this swap, it's been recommended to use the V6 axles.
