I just purchased a 92 AWD Turbo Talon for $500 (the timing belt broke and it was a friends car!). The motor needs to be replaced but the body and interior is in excellent shape! Here is the delima I have if I start dumping money into it i will be neglecting my beloved Camry I can accomplish more with the Talon, but the Camry looks so sweet when done right! More proformance upgrades available for Talon , but CTM is working so hard to achieve greatness. I could get the Talon running and sell it so I could buy a turbo and some other goodies for the Camry?! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH What should I do, did I make a mistake buying the Talon. SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!

in my opinion go for the talon.
i have a friend who is hitting 11 with stock internal.
but if u like the camry to go fast go for the 3sgte. 13.5 with stock internal on the camry body.
You could make your priorities do the Talon for speed, then do the Camry for style. Or you could look at it this way: it'll be easier to work on the talon due to market support. So you use the talon as a learning vehicle, then when you do work on the camry you'll know better what's going on and be able to intelligently find parts and upgrades.

I am no noob to DSM nor a noob to import proformance this is actually my second AWD DSM. I just thought the Camry lloked good and was reliable! Plus I am tired of the same ol F&F crowd! Not a whole lot of Camry's out there let alone parts, thats what makes it soo exciting

whats a trator??? OH you must mean traitor? haha...
anyways, yeah dude, the talon awd turbo is a good car. get the new engine and make it a fast car, and i think once you actually feel what it feels like to have a fast car you wont want to drive the camry anymore. but hey, you could get it runnin badass and then sell it and do up your camry all crazy. the camry can be a fast car, but it will always be front wheel drive. with the 4wd talon, you will be able to control the power a lot better than having a turboed camry. but i still think having a turboed camry is badass... thats why im doing it...
