18"s on a 2nd Gen; working progress

I got some 18x7.5" Motegi MR7s with tires for a great deal from a friend of mine. Only problem with them is the offset it a little much. SO, in order to make these guys fit, I need to get 2" lug bolts and wheel spacers, which I dont like the idea of to begin with. Where can I get some on the net for a decent price? A friend of mine has a 89 mercedes, and his bolts cost him 80 bux! Im hopin camrys aint gonna be that expensive. An as far as wheel spacers go, as ghetto sa it wud look, cud I just buy some washers from Home depot and put em on the bolts? Wud be cheapers and more accesible that wheel spacers. What yall think? I'll try and get some pix of them up when I get my digi camera fixed.

BTW: Tires sizes are 225/40/18 and 235/50/18. The 235s are gonna go, cuz they kinda bald and are too big i think once I raise my car back up

I figured washer wud be ghetto as hell, but seems to me it wud be safer. that way if one breaks, i can replace it and there wudnt be that big of a deal if it breaks. with spacers, if it breaks, ur completely phucked. wheels wobbles cuz of the space, bolts snap, and the wheel gets scratched to hell. How do i know this?? Cuz it happened to the guy I bought the wheels from! Just a thought...
