2nd Generation Circuit Breaker

Anyone know how to reset the 30A Power Circuit Breaker? It's in Relay Box 1 near the Driver's kick panel. I checked the wiring manual and couldn't figure it out. I lost power to all my windows and doors. The 30A Power CB is the only cause I can think of.

EDIT:

The wiring manual doesn't show you how to do it but the Repar Manual does (page BE-3).

The circuit breaker has a little hole. You push something small enough to fit through it and it resets. You hear a click when you do it. You can also test the resistance across the prongs with a multimeter to confirm that the circuit is broken (infinity resistance) , and then to confirm you have reset it (low resistance).
