Ok, I'm getting down to business.......I know the HID/Projector stuff, but I want to see what I can do with Gen. 3 headlamps that are textured.

So by next week, I will start posting DIY and Pics on how to clear out Gen. 3 headlamps so that you can install projectors with perfect results.

If I find that I can't do it, I'll let ya'll know and wont leave you hanging.

Much props to bronzemaxell for volunteering his spare headlamp for the project........thanks man, I'm sure these guys appreciate it.

Well man I'm tired of seeing threads about clear headlamps, but they just die out. Seen them mentioned many times, but never a DIY on how to do it.

this works out good for us gen 4 guys too. I'll be ordering a set of HIDs when i clear out my headlights.

You can have HID now with an H4 rebased kit........you just can't have projectors, which get ask about alot on here.

I'm rootin for ya buddy! Please keep us posted, this has been a mod i've been looking to do for a while...just too afraid I'll mess something up and be left without a headlight

so all i would need is an H4 conversion kit and i wouldn't have to do any custom wiring correct?? how do i make sure that they are aimed correctly?
