I have 16" which are only available in Japan for the lightweight version. You can get the 17" lightweight version from Tirerack.com I believe. If you want I can make a call for you and find out how much my guy can get them for you for as well.

Good choice of rim! I believe the 17x8 weighs about 13 lbs only. My 16x7 weighs 11 lbs, but it only came in gold or white for me. I was told that the cast version came in many colours and the lightweight version only came in 2. But that could only be for JDM. Who knows.

BTW the rims aren't cheap especially for 17". You pay for lightweight.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

No, problem. I will.

Call tirerack though and ask them if they can get that rim, in lightweight (semi solid forged) in the colour that you want. Verify what the weight is. Get the exact price over the phone for exactly what you want. Its worth the call. Their prices are very good.

Meanwhile I will call my JDM hookup and ask him for you too. 17x8 with 42mm offset?
