Vehicle inspection problem

1996 camry with the OBI diagnosis system (Not the OBII). I had my battery disconnected this morning for a short time and then went through the state "Inspection". It failed because the car didn't drive through the "Run Cycle"?? The printout states some sensors were not ready for inspection. Does anyone know how long the run cycle is for this car??? 6 cyclinder. dave

I did a search for "Drive Cycle" and I believe I found that for each vehicle it is different and the best way is to run it for about 2 weeks and then retest. If anyone has better advice I'm listening!

If you have the V6 model '96 Camry, then it is OBDII.

Thanks Geoff, I double checked and you are right it is OBDII. I didn't have the right connector for the Actron so I just figured it was OBDI. I ran the car for 90 miles highway and city and she passed inspection. Thanks for the help. Dave
