1990 ES lop-sided

Ok, I have a 1990 Lex ES250 auto, it sits low on the pass. side, is it the struts or the springs?
And how hard is it to replace the steering rack,,,, mine leaks onto the exh. manifold and smokes.
I have numerous trucks, hence the name, this is my first "car" it has 87k original miles, is in great shape, but sits low on the right, do I need new struts, or can you get the whole setup, strut and springs...
Thanks
Joe
