Install sunroof from scratch?

I was thinkin bout how hard it wud be to install a sunroof on my 2nd Gen from another one that came stock with one. I've heard that it wud be hard to get it to not leak, but i figured if I cut the same exact hole as the one thats got the sunroof already in it, and get some new weatherstripping/seals, it wudnt leak. BUT, how bout puttin in the motors/tracks, and wiring it all up? ANyone got a sunroof on a 2nd Gen, or ne one who has tried this?

ya, thats what I'm thinkin. Figure as long as I get the measurements of the hole right, and get some new seals and weatherstripping, it shud work. Only thing Im worried bout is wiring and motors and tracks. Anyone got any comments?

why, im realistic, and it dont seem that hard. Ima do a lil more research b4 I do this, but it dont seem all that hard.

well see the thing is u gotta cut inside the top too, its not just a cut in the top, u gotta burrow out the part where the glass slides in...or somthing its weird...unless u just want a moon roof
