bearing replacement

I am in the process of putting a gen 1 Camry back together as a daily driver. I want to replace both front wheel bearings, I have the Chiltons manual. I would really appreciate any advice from the board for this procedure. One last question is there an easy way to remove the trim on the drip rails, and the trim around the fixed rear quarter windows? I want to re-use it after I paint the car.
Thanks in advance
John
