Well, assholes are everywhere.......including paradise. Tonight while I was working, I stopped to get gas, I was getting this dude some directions and all of the sudden I hear a crunch and my car jolts. Out pops PBA the gangster. I run up on the guys car and he tryed to open his door I jump kicked that shit right on him.
I said "motha fucka gimmie yo goddamn insurance, buddy you just fucked up real bad!" He starts with his song and dance.....So I say it again, Mother fucker shut up. Give me your damn licence and insurance NOW! Again with the song and dance, at this point im beet red and shaking, full fledged monster. Then his g/f comes up and starts talking shit....I told her "shut the fuck up go away"
The dude got out of the car and hes like oh it aint that bad man im sorry...."I was like oh your sorry? YOUR FUCKIN SORRY?" SORRY AINT FIXIN SHIT MUTHA FUCKA, But wait....lets try saying sorry to my car....see if it works....."Car im sorry...." I look back at the guy and say....nah dawg that shit aint working" At this point I heard a few people laughing at me clowin this pussy. Then hes like oh bro don't call the police man please don't call em....Ill pay for it now and breaks out his wallet, I saw the 2 dollars in his shit and im like dawg, what u gunna do buy me a soda with them 2 bucks fuck you bitch you better rob a bank!" Then he writes me a check for $450, I laughed at him whiped my ass and balls with it and gave it back to him. By this time my boy inside the gas station already called the police. Cops still aint came up. So the dude gets back in his car, I was like dawg you aint running from shit.....not in that beater ass car.....If you run your just gunna make it alot worse, and belive me mother fucker I will catch you. You will not outrun me. "he says oh im not running no no no, so of course As im writing his tag down he trys to roll out on me, hits my car a second time, I was like ok this bitch is dead now, Popped my trunk and got out my bat Jumped in my car and started to leave after him. My friend got in my way and said no the cops will get him, one way in and one way out of here rember....hes fucked bro. So I was like true. Sure enough the cops got him seconds after he left. Cops lit him up and he kept going then he turned down a dead end street and stopped at the place he was living and went for a swim.....the cops havn't got him. Im going head hunting tonight with my crew, this mother fucker better hope the cops get him before I do. BTW I got a $500 damage claim. Anyone in Boston Mass on this forum? I got this mans info everything, if by some chance he gets away.....I want this fucker found.

But really and truely after reading that, there were so many other ways you could have handled that without being so mad at something so minor. I dont see the need to why you needed to "drop kick" his door back closed. Wouldnt that irreverabley cause you to be at fault for those damages you incurred on his car? On top of that this story sounded like how a middle school 13 y/o "thugsta" would handle a minor fender bender; yelling profane nonsense, getting a bat out of the car, drop kicking his car, head hunting with your crew? com'n man. Why didnt you not just let the man out of the car (so he wont try to run and hit you a second time) and peacefully trade information? its not hard just trying to get his license and insurance while he has his wallet out dude and itll prevent him to run anywhere. If you say the damage is estimated ROUGHLY 500.00 , I've seen so much worse and were handled much more maturely than what you just described.

Now on the conclusion of your story, I dont understand. He was "lit up" by a cop and turned towards a dead end street to where HE lived. And they still didnt get him where HE lived? WTH?? what the hell do you mean by "went to where he was living and took a swim" mean? You got his information and cops cant even get him?

Yeah I may be in trouble for leaving the accident, but if I had witnesses to you doing all that stuff, it would hold up in court......just something to think about, that's why cops always ask you and witnesses what was said after the accident.

And "took a swim" Lit up I ment flipped on the lights. Down here we have canals, its all islands around here. So he jumped out of his car in front of the place where he was staying and jumped in the canal and swam off. The cops down here aren't the brightest crayons in the box, We don't get alot of crime down here, Mostly just small time theft and shit like that. I can ussally judge people correctly, this man was toasted, drunk and god knows what else. I could also see bullshit written all over him, I should have took his keys out of his car. Yes I admit, I went off the deep end with the screaming and comments, but one thing yall need to understand about me....One second I can be smiling and cracking jokes, the next second I will be in somones face. Thats just my personality. I have a split personality, If I get pissed then I cannot control what I say. I can control my physical actions such as hitting someone, but my brain just shuts off and I turn into a rage filled monster. Hey, atleast I didn't hit the guy. I later apologized to his g/f, which wanted to leave with me....hahaha. I should have given her my # she was kinda cute. She soooooo wanted a peice. All the cops that were involved have known me for years from pulling me over so much, so they were all cool with me and on my side. I later went to a gas station where they all hang out ussally late night and they were all really really pissed off. My brother is a transporter for the police, and my sister is in corrections, both my brother and my sister are good friends with the head guys in the jail, So they will make sure he enjoys Monroe Countys hotel. Hopefully my brother gets to transport him........make them cuffs hurt

First off, violence is definately not the way to deal with crap. You think I'm some preacher or somthing but whatever man. I know first hand how it is with road rage and what it can lead to. This shit happened 2 miles down the road from where I work everyday. I commute through that hwy everyday to and from work so yes it was horrific when I went home one day seeing a body bag, police, and blood one the side of the road. The guy was stabbed 21 times because the other man who got hit accused him of "brake checking" him. Some of the DFW guys here should know what I'm talking about or maybe have heard from the news about a month or so ago.

Now as for my camry to my mother comparison. There is absolutely no debate and your absolutely right about our possesions, but on the other hand, you can replace a car or anything for that matter but not a life. Its the old simple rule. Now understand, shit happens every single day because of peoples actions. No doubt about it. I get screwed plenty of times but they were all minor and I know I can replace sooner or later so i shit, Im not going to take my time and try to hunt others. Whats done is done so why try planning revenge? Your going to get paid for the damages one way or the other, either but your insurance or lawsuites or whatever. I mean you have insurance so I'm assuming you got a detailed police report of what happened (or at least I would), so try and talk to your insurance about what happened and see what options you have.

Now you need to understand that you posted this and you expect feedback. Here we are giving feedback so dont get pissed at us. We're here trying to give you advise on how to handle that much better. You maybe mad because the replies you got werent what you expected to be. But those replies are from different view of other people. So my point is, dont expect others to side with you because there IS special reasons to why that is. That's forum life buddy.

BUUTTT i cant critizes you, i have freaked out when shit like that have happened to. I got a 95 chevy s10 pickup (slow as hell but it looks good) but any ways my dad owns a body shop and i had just spent the last 2 months or so fixing the truck (new hood, fenders, bumper, painted the ENTIRE truck) i had just finished spending all day buffing and detailing it. That night one of my friends backed into me when i was sittin in the truck in a parking lot, gettin ready to leave. i freaked out, jumped out of my truck and was pulling my friend out of the window, about ready to kick his ass, before i relized that all that had happed was the licience plate bracket had came off and the plastic air damn had gotten pulled down, dont think it even scrathed the paint, and hey that was MY FRIEND so i cant really critize how you acted when some drunk guy hit your car, but ya the way i acted was shitty and Velocity is right about this whole thing
