Scrapin Noises...!?

OK, i'm driving a 92 Camry.
I just recently changed my front brake pads and had my rotors turned.

I turn down my music (cause it's usually blaring) and i notice this strange noise that almost sounds like something metal is draggin the road. (scared the shit outta me, so i pulled off and checked under the car) Nothing hangin', danglin', droopin'. It will stop sometimes when i exceed 65MPH. Not sure if it has anything to do with my recent brake and rotor work.

Anybody got any Ideas on this?? Thanks alot.
