Time for new suspension?

yeah my Gen3 is riding bumpy and harsh, so is that the spring's fault? or a strut problem? it's been riding harsh since march/april, so i want to fix this problem. but where is the problem? the springs or struts? if it's the structs, how do i know if my camry uses cartridge insert(serviceable)? or non-serviceable and i have to replace the entire strut?

if i do have to replace struts, is their any recommendations?
my friend told me about KYB GR-2, does anyone know if are any good?
i saw these Koni Special, are they any good?
oh and where can i get good prices for struts/springs? i live in canada

thx

sounds like struts

if they're serviceble there will be a large thin nut on the strut where the rod comes out, search, i know 88le has posted that pic lots of times

i have kyb gr2 on my stock suspension, they're good, not super stiff, but very drivable
