I am just wondering how many people here are still considering changing struts and springs for their cars? I am considering organizing another group buy for Tokico HP struts (made in Japan) and/or Eibach springs (made in Germany) for Gen 4 /4.5 Camry and 99-02 Solara, however, since there were so many groupbuys for the suspension systems in the system, I don't know if anyone would still NEED to change their suspension system
maybe that guy also sells struts for gen3 camry as well, I haven't asked since I have a gen4.5 camry. I don't think there are anymore people who needs to change their suspension setup, since you are the only one who shows some interests..
. If I include gen3 in the groupbuy, then who will be interested besides Redline?
Yeah, what would a good susp. setup be? Im looking for superior handleing in curves, just all around road hunging, whiteknuckled curve attacking, white line riding, like on rails, etc etc etc. Should I go with springs or struts first?
I have a feeling that not too many ppl are willing or need to change their setups. It would be great to get a groupbuy going....but I'm thinking you need at least 15 ppl, right?
a little off topic but i need to replace my suspension completely...
im on stock suspension with 110k miles on my car which means its even saggier than a 70 year old woman's tits
so, what are all the parts I need? I know the basics, I've seen it done before too. Struts, springs, strut mount, what else? Thinking of possibly lowering it if it will cost less than using OEM shit.

The way I see it, why not drop the car instead of going for OEM, if you're already thinking about it? Saves you a whole lotta trouble when in the future you say "Damn...I wish I could drop my car..but I don't gots money now b/c I already bought the OEMs"
But, I wouldn't even think about doing them until late spring, even summer, what with winter coming. I don't know about you, but I get a lot of snow around here in January...and I don't want to be labelled "The Lowest and Pimpin'est Snow Plow in T.O."
I was thinking of doing it before it starts snowing because even in little puddles of water I've hyrdoplaned. Of course it doesn't help that my back tires have low tread. I don't care too much for looks/performance of my car, since it is a 4 cylinder automatic camry after all. But I do like to drive a little fast and take turns fast so that's why I'm looking into lowering it. Maybe I should just get some stiffer springs or something but I figured lowering springs are normally stiffer...
