Question Help with strut install

I bought Tokico strut cartraiges for my 93 V6. Can someone please tell me if these struts will fit my car? I don't understand the differece between sealed and servicable. I have the Haynes manual and it says that the stock struts are not serviceable. I have Tokico's HZ3138 and HZ3139. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

Pic of serviceable strut from my gen 2:

What your looking for is the nut that screws into the top of the strut housing.

I took it all apart and I saw something but it didn't look like a nut. It was welded on and it was round. How do you screw it off? It has something like 3 v grooves. What type of tool would I use? From the looks of it, it seems like I can't use the cartraige.
