Talking short ram shambles..what to do guys

Ok, i had this thread earlier, but nobody continued talking on it and i was looking for some help- i have a short ram for my 99 v6 and it only has two spots for tubes. I need to drill a third hole in the pipe for another tube and i have a couple questions on this, does it matter where i drill the hole, the short ram already has the existing two holes on opposite sides of the bar, one on the left with the MAF and one on the right by itself. So shuold it matter where the next hole and hose is placed AND does it matter what order these hoses are connected into the short ram, i just don't wanna screw stuff up.
