mobil 1 5w30, mobil 1 filter and toyota air filter

you could also get a drop in k&n, those aren't bad

edit : actually amsoil is probably the best oil you can get, but unless you're really really pushing your engine, i don't think you'd need it

hey my 1998 camry 4cyl is up for an oil change right before another harsh canadian winter. would using 10W30 synthetic work well with the 4cyl during the winter because the manual says to use 5W30 but like hey it's synthetic so it won't freeze in the winter so wouldn't it be better? or should i stick with 5W30 regular oil?

you're in winterpeg and you're even thinking about 10w30 for winter, man you got another thing coming

it can do it, if you got a real strong battery and don't mind putting lots of strain on your starter

dino and synthetic have exactly the same viscosities for each grade

however synthetics do freeze at lower temperatures (something like -70 compared to -50)

neither of which you'll see

go with 5w30, or 0w30, dino or synthetic
