yellowish tint

hey, anyone know how i can get rid of the yellowish tint that is on my headlights from old age?? Any cleaners??

i used deluted nail palish remover but most of the time it is in side the light?by the way mine didnt get all the way clean.

you could clean it pretty nicely but the uv stains will never completely go away unless you buy new ones

a little rubbing compound, wax applicators, and elbow grease should help a little. had my headlights replaced recently (they weren't aiming right at all, up and to the right) and even with the rubbing compound, it cannot bring back the clarity of brand new headlight lenses. before i had them replaced, my lights shined a lil brighter on a wall, enough for me to notice at least

nope, i've just used rubbing compound and a ton of elbow grease...but as far as i've seen/read, the uv stains are there to stay...

mine work fine but i dont like thim looking like that so i did buy new ones,i just havent put them on,
