What da hell?

Fogs need to be off when highs are on? Whats the point though?

I mean the highbeam is already gonig to blind everyone. The foglights only shine on the ground and are no higher than low beams.

Hmm....i dont get it.

well its just a standard law that when you use high beams , turn off ur fogs.. besides.. when you buy a car that come with foglights when you try to turn them both on ( high and fog light ) it doesn't allow it.. thats why most of people who own maxima's they re-route thier own power source so they can turn them on as they wish even when they are using highs ( those bitches ) .. but most often the factory settings don't allow the both in use. its either one or the other !!

believe it or not..those are actually my stock headlights haha...i think its jus cuz of the camera the headlights came out really bright (although the fogs are really bright themselves)...daytime pics up tommorow (erf its night right now haha)

i got those off of ebay (if i remember right the seller was hiproauctions (they sell several kinds all brand new)) for a pretty good price...but one thing they didnt come with instructions haha so took me a bit to get the wiring laid out and where to put em through and stuff

its relatively simple to set up...just the lack of instructions kinda threw me off for a bit

foglight and the standard lights can't be used on the same time because it blinds others too much... but when driving in a deserted area... it helps to see a lot...

i think it's the other way around: highs need to be off when fogs are on. its because fog lights are for that, the fog. if you turn on your brights when driving through fog it looks like some one draped a white sheet over your car. that's the same reason fogs use to be yellow. the yellow color helped cut through the fog better than cool colors (white, blue).
