All sorts of fluids!!!! Whats the best of the best?

Okay I know there have been several discussions on type of brands and fluids that we all put in our cars! Well most of these discussions have been based around four bangers, so I had some questions about my 6.

First off I use castrol synthetic 10W 30 in my 3vz.....but now Im sure I will be changing to mobil 1 after that last chat about oils! Now my question relating to this is some people were talknig about 0W-30 or something what in the hell is that? Maybe the better question is what bla-W-bla is best for my 3vz man. tran?

Anybody use motor additives?

Also has anyone tried the purple motor oil??? Cant remember anything else about it?

Also Ive heard that mobil 1 has the best filters because of the 10 micron thing....is that a certain name for that particular filter?

Now about tranny fluid what is best if myn is feeling kinda ruff? I use lucas addadtive in everything oil and tranny but is there something better?

When it comes to radiator fluid whats the best of the best....and has anyone tried the reline additive, I have and think its great!

So basically I want to know what are all the best fluids to put in my 3vz man. to keep it in peak performance with a lil extra umph!!! I fork out some cash when it comes to these things so lets pretend money isnt an object...what are the best fluids in these areas?

royal purple and amsoil are probably some of the best oils out there

as for tranny, mobil 1 or that mt-90 stuff all the ae guys are putting in

as for coolant, use the toyota red stuff, and you can add the water wetter stuff, that'll drop it 5-10 degrees

Well I went with Mobil 1 syntech for oil, slick 50 syn blend additive, reg. green coolent with water wetter, and Im getting the mt-90 stuff tomorrow. So I think Im set! The car actually ran much smoother....Im happy and Im very anal so thats goood.

My previous setup was castrol GTX synthetic w/ Lucas treatment. And I think I can tell a difference but then again the oil was old so who knows!

I'm using Toyota OEM filters for warranty purposes. As far as oil, I'm trying a local brand + hyperlube... supposed to be excellent for people who push their cars (like me). Subjectively it feels a little smoother.

Last time I did the tranny I think I used Castrol MTF, but I'm not real positive on that.

Chiming in on the red for coolant.

As far as additives, when I had sludge I poured in some stuff called Seafoam. All over the net there's nothing but praise for it. I had a crapload of gunk in the head, and after about 1.5 weeks the Seafoam cleared away approximately half of it. Supposedly you can just pour some in with your oil change and run it constantly, but my plan is to run some through a week prior to change.

in my pos saturn i'd do anything to maybe make her run better for a few miles to sell it
