Wow, that's not far from the weight of my old 74 Dodge Challenger 3400lbs, with a V8. My lil 'Corsa' is only 1950lbs, can't wait to get the 3SGTE in it!

Now If I were to take out all the following things, what weight would I be at (under 3000?):
- AC [I have auto temp thing, i want that, but no ac]
- Cruise
- Spare Tire + All tools
- Convert to manual
- Carbon Fiber Hood
I dont wanna do anything EXTREME like take out back seats, i have friends
Thanks guys!
get rid of the friends and you will get ride of alot of wight
get ride of all the seats add raceing seats you can have 4 in the car and you loose wight, ditch all the carpet in the trunk,go light rims, washer resivar, but why do you need to loose 120 pounds?
Rearrange it to a=f/m and it gets much more understandable for those who didn't pass physics. If you keep the same amount of force (f), but use less weight (m), you get more accelleration (a).

go carbon roof as well, like th bmw m3 cls
get hi density foam racing seats, lightweight rims, aluminium coilovers.
that will get rid some of those unwanted pounds. and will give you better power to weight ratio.
Thats a little extreme......I'll keep the seats for now, and the carpeting inside....will get rid of shit in the trunk tho, and maybe carbon fiber hood, ill leave my roof lol, a/c will probably go.....i wanna lose 100-200 pounds, not 50% of the vehicle's weight :p
