I know that you guys ALL have problems with the plastic on the tanks breaking down and cracking/chipping. Some of you said taht you made custom tanks, when ghetto and just put a bucket there, etc. Any one here have pictures of what they did to fix it?
I just discovered that the tank on my 1996 camry is starting to break down right where it mounts to the retaining clip.
That's what I was going to do, but I was afraid of the chipping plastic on the inside of the tank falling into the coolant and being sucked into the radiator.... possible??

True....i look at it now like my drunk driving accident - one of those things I shouldn't have gone through, but one of those things I'll never be dumb enough to do again.
Ha ha... you guys are jokes! Man, yea try to look in the for sale section of the forums and keep your eye out for Camrys being P/O thats what I did, I think that buying a brand new one isn't all that bad of an idea, THAT IS IF IT WASN'T $50 F'ING BUCKS!!!
