help air bag problem

Yesterday I jump in my car to go out and notice that my airbag light was blinking on/off. I didn't think of it being anything so I started my car and I was still on, but now when my car is off and it's all locked up the airbag light still stays on. I also disconected battery for half hour but the light is still on. Can anyone help fix the problem or let me if I could remove my airbag system?

Best thing that you can do is take it to a toyota service center at a local dealer
