Angry Big bump/jolt when letting go off throttle

I noticed this happens around 65-85km/h when im crusing in 4th (auto) and my foot is slightly on the pedal, to keep the speed (around 2k rpm), or even to speed up a bit, and then if i let go off the throttle, I get this jolt sorta - its fucking annyoing, hard to explain, its not very noticible but very annyoing and i think something is fucked

Thanks.

is it when the gears are changin?? cause thats what my cam does.. but that has 170K on it and i can tell tranny isnt top notch no more.
I'm guessing it momintarily slips into an (auto) nuetral and with that u get a bit of a forward jolt as there is no more engine resistance

Could be the engine rocking back and forth if your engine mounts are bad.
