some ?s about my new steering wheel

i got a new steering wheel and a momo hub from ct motorsports for my 94 cam but after i got the airbag and wheel off and the rollingwire thing. i was looking at how to get the horn to work?
the hub has a wire comeing from center i know that, that goes to
the horn but,ther is a copper ring on the bottom side of the hub
i think that is where somthing is supost to rub for the horn to work,but i cant find out what,wil i but the wheel on anyways,but
after thiten the wheel down; the little plastic thing that terns off the turn signal dosnt work? any of you have the same probs?
i now that there is a easy fix but i think it would be easyer to ask
then look for it but i will do that later

Do Momo steering wheels come with a mounted air bag, or you can put in your existing one? I don't wanna sacrifice safety of my face for the looks of Momo wheel.

I didn't bother with the Horn cuz I didn't know which wires there were. So, I roll hornless and I just use my big ass mouth.
