it is a 1996 so I don't think it would fit yours. I wouldn't think it could be reused but who knows...

If you take it off carefully it can be reused. However, the piece for the passenger side air vent is incompatible.

For good quality dash kits, visit http://www.exoticwooddash.com It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Is there any technique involved in getting the old dash off? (other than pulling really hard at the corner)

Do it with a warm day or with the help of a hair dryer to warm up the pieces. Be careful around the thin pieces. A flat scraper will help to separate the ahesive from the part.

Phi is the one who should be speaking on this topic, since he flawlessly removed a number of my old wood trim when I got a CF dash kit. In our case, we also swapped a number of interchangable pieces to minimize the chance of damaging something.

Like SBC said, do it on a warm day or use a hair dryer. Using a putty knife or something similar, just run the knife underneath the pcs carefully. Oh, and don't forget to clean/prep the area you're gonna be putting the new kit on. Good luck!

Cool. What should I use to clean it? Rubbing alcohol? Kerosene?

It makes a very big difference. You may also want to look into carbon fibre or brushed aluminium trim. Expect to pay $200USD for a good kit. http://www.exoticwooddash.com has very high quality kits. They are easy to put on as long as you pay attention to detail and do it very carefully.

It was like $135 USD, and no you dont have to take off the dash to do it. If I would have done it again, I WOULD have taken off the dash to better position the pieces. It took about 45 mins to do in all, including the prep work (cleaning the places where the dash kit goes).
