Buddy if you get coilovers you HAVE to get shocks too since your stock shocks were not designed to handle the drop that coilovers would give. Adjustable shocks lets you tune the STIFFNESS of the shocks by manipulating the hydraulic valves inside.

Please gain some understanding of what shocks and coilover/lowering springs do.

You got pretty much 2 options for the Gen3 when it comes to coilovers.

1) VIS Racing coilover "sleeves" (~400$)

2) JIC Magic coilovers (~2000$)

Stock Camry shocks with any Aftermarket Springs or CoiloverSleeves???!!! bad move man... arnt the stock Shocks on the camry crap in the first place even with Stock springs? cause last time i remember before i Dropped my camry (Apex Sport Springs with Monre Sensatrac shocks) my stock suspension was soo crap! it would already sag from one person sitting in the back seat! i dunno about coiloversleeves.. had them on my Accord... and it BLEW my rear Koni shocks within 4 months. IMO i would stick with springs (thats if you want to cheap out and uses crappy stock shocks) cause with Coiloversleeves you will end up doing more damage to your kit then helpiing it since you will be bouncing around like a kangaroo with coilovers.

No prob. There's nothing wrong with being new. I would encourage you to do some research and take your time. By the right products the firt time around, instead of wasting your cash. As they say, Rome was not built in one day.
