Large amout of oil in spark plug hole

Hello, i have no idea how or why this has happened but i have a fair amount of oil in my second spark plug hole, it seems to still be sparking, but i have no idea if it is actually working. The car runs but the engine timing is off. The car is an 88' Camry LE in pretty good condition. Any thoughts or words of advice would be greatly appreciated.

The oil can come in from the top gasket or bottom seal. Attempt to determine which end. The tube is screwed into the head.

You can double nut the tube then attempt to unscrew it. Once off clean the threads on both parts and apply some high temp sealant then reinstall the tube to 29 ft-lbs.

Reseal the tube as described above. It's not a big deal.

It means to jamb one nut against another so you can unscrew the tube using one of the nuts.
