reading engine codes-CEL on

Hello all!

Im new to this board so please bear with me. Ive got a 95 carmy v6 LE (118,000 miles) and the check engine light has been on for some time. The car runs and idles fine, it does stumble a bit when its cold under hard accel.

I have reset it by unhooking the battery but it comes back on after driving a bit.

How do i get the codes out of this thing to see what is wrong? I browsed the web and havent had much luck. I know in my old chevy cav i had years ago you could jump some points on the diagnostic block and get the readings from the check engine light flashing. Is there a way to do this on this car? Is a '95 an OBDII?

Im thinking it may be the O2 sensors as the car has over 100k on it.

thanks,
-j
