If so, I can get the parts for you. Look at my profile, building alternators and starters is what I do for a living. There are newer starters that you have to replace the solenoid (switch) on, most you can remove a
5 sided inspection plate held on by
3 small bolts, inside you will see two copper plates called contacts. This is the most common problem after say 80-140k miles on the factory unit, 60-100k on a rebuilt.
