Tint is always nice, keeps people from like starin' at ya plus makes it look more high-class

Stock stereo is amped - JBL. It's located under the dash behind the glove box, FYI.

18's should fit nicely. Some people think they look too small on a car as large as the Camry, I think they're the right size... not absurdly big, but not tiny either. All depends on the style of wheel too. What kind are you looking at, chrome or other?

Hope all goes well with your planned mods!

18's sound like a good size. I have the same camry as you 'cept it's white. If you still think the wheels look too small, then you could always drop the car a bit to get rid of the fender gap, I've noticed that a reduction in fender gap gives the perception of larger wheels.

As for tint I got 20 on the sides and 15 on the rear. I think it looks pretty good, though I'm a bit worried about getting ticketed. Night time visibility isn't too much of a problem if you keep your windows clean.

Good luck with your car, post pics later.

There are lowering springs for your car: part # 00602-48130-CAM on TRD or you can check out Eibach.

As for rims, it's your own personal preference. I'm currently looking into racing style rims (17inch) because I like the sporty look. I think Volk Racing and BBS make some nice looking ones that'll fit the Camry. I've seen a lot of ppl with the sportier rims on their gen5 camry's and they look really good. But chrome rims always look good on a black car--they make it look classy, as long as it's tastefully done.

Some tasteful BBS wheels would look sexy on any Gen5.

BTW, just so you know, the TRD springs are just relabeled Eibachs (they were the same way with the Gen4s)
