Rear Engine Mount Bolts Fell Out???

This is probably a little stupid, but I want to make sure. Yesterday, I went to a local junkyard, and got a new flex pipe since my old one was nearly torn in half. Nice and loud. After installing it, I shook the engine around a bit to see if it was ok, and I noticed a slight clanking sound coming from the rear engine mount near the firewall. Upon further investigation, I found that the engine was not attached to the mount (I'm assuming this is the engine mount: rectangular piece of rubber on the crossbar thingy), and that the engine was bumping up against it when pushed from the mount by the radiator.

I noticed that there were no bolts where it should have been connected to the engine. I poked a small allen wrench into the holes to make sure there weren't any broken bolts stuck in there, and there aren't. Now, the problem is that there's no sign of bolts ever being in there, so I'm not sure if they should be. Common sense says yes, but you never know...

Should I have bolts in there? I need to know what size they are so I can buy them tomorrow. It's a 1989 3S-FE 5spd. Thanks.

Oh yeah, and at the junkyard, I found an older 87/88 Camry. It had some folding mirrors (Not motorized folding, I checked). They were pretty cool, and I never knew the more "luxury" models had that.

I went to the Toyota dealership today. I was told that they didn't have any of those bolts in stock, and they "probably couldn't get you those." They also couldn't tell me what size of bolt it is. Not very helpful.

If anyone knows what size those engine mount bolts are, I'd be grateful. My new flex pipe is taking a beating, and I want to get this fixed before it breaks, like the last one.

just mesure out the hole, and get a nut and bolt, anything that fits in there will be better than nothing

There should be 2 bolts that go through the mount into the block.

The 2 holes on the bottom are for some kind of shield. Not sure what its for.

The bolts that go into the block are 12mm, but i'm not sure what the thread pitch is (1.0, 1.25, or 1.5).

The bracket that is missing (under the drive shaft) is used to attach the exhaust (right before the flexible pipe I think).

I broke down, and went to the junkyard. I left twenty minutes later with two bolts out of a rear engine mount (and the mount for $3.99). Oddly enough, the first of the two camrys there was also missing both bolts from the mount, and the ones on the other camry were quite loose. My theory is that oil leaking from the valve cover makes its way down there. Both bolts were soaked in motor oil, right down to the end of the threads. I'm having some trouble with getting the mount and engine aligned, even with the engine jacked up as far as it'll go without lifting the car. I managed to get one in there at one point, but half-way through, it felt like I was starting to cross-thread it.

While I'm talking about engine mounts, can anyone tell me what the visual condition is of the one in these pictures? I'm a newbie to car mechanics, and it looks squashed to me. I tried comparing it to the ones at the junkyard, but they had a totally different mount design. Sorry for all the questions.

Try this to insert the two bolts for the central mount:

About in the middle of the longitudinal crossmember (front to back), there should be a rubber cap. Remove it and it should uncover two nuts retaining the central mount to the crossmember. Unscrew those 2 nuts as much as you can without taking them off. This should give you enough slack to properly align the bracket on the block. You can always jack the motor a bit if it helps. Insert and tighten the 2 bolts, then tighten the 2 nuts and you should be on your way.
